Forstars Footwear shoes are designed to fit to the following foot measurements. Some brands may vary from these measurements but you can still use them as a guide.

All Forstars Footwear Products are in EU measurements.

HOW TO MEASURE

1. FOOT LENGTH

Measure your foot length by placing a ruler flat on the floor straight alongside the inside of your foot from your heel to your toes. To measure your feet stand on a level floor with the back of your heels against a straight edge or wall

Place an object with a flat edge straight across your toes with the edge touching the tip of your longest toe. Take the measurement (in millimeters) from the ruler where the flat edge crosses (see image below). This is your foot length measurement.

2. SELECTING A SHOE SIZE

If your foot measurement is halfway between sizes, select the larger size. You may find one foot is longer than the other, this is quite normal, please use the larger size when making your shoe size selection.

Delivery Options

Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 4PM within Nairobi.
Next-Day Delivery: For orders outside Nairobi but within Kenya, delivery is typically within 24 hours.
International Delivery: Delivered within 5 business days to over 100 destinations worldwide via DHL EXPRESS, a trusted courier that has consistently provided reliable service.

For doorstep delivery in Kenya, we use trusted couriers such as Fargo Courier and G4S, and deliveries within Nairobi are handled by our rider. Additional delivery methods can be arranged based on the client’s preference. Please note, clients are responsible for delivery costs unless otherwise stated.

Pick-Up Option

We also offer an optional pick-up service at our Nairobi CBD pick-up point, located at Munyu Business Centre, 4th Floor, Shop E5, along Munyu Road. Clients choosing this option are required to pay a deposit or the full amount before the order is prepared for pickup.

Payment Terms

Pay on Delivery/Cash on Delivery (COD): Available only within Nairobi for deliveries made via our rider.
Cash on Order (COD): For all other delivery methods and for orders outside Nairobi, clients must make full payment before the order is prepared and dispatched.

Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. We accept returns within 2 days after the date of purchase for local purchases and a maximum of 7 days from the date of receipt for international purchases.

The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees and the return address will be provided after the exchange is confirmed by the FORSTARS FOOTWEAR Customer Service team.
