Return Policy

You can initiate a return within 2 days after delivery or collection for local (Kenya) orders, and within 7 days of receipt for international orders.

Eligible Reasons for Return

You may return an item if it is:

• Wrong

• Damaged

• Defective

• Incomplete

• Wrong size

Please report any issues as soon as possible to enable a smooth return process.

Condition of Returned Items

For your return or exchange to be approved, please ensure the item:

• Has all seals, tags, labels, and accessories intact

• Is in its original packaging

• Is clean and unused, exactly as delivered

Note: Dirty or used items will not be accepted for exchange.

Exchange Terms

• Exchanges are only allowed for the same product reference and model (no change of color or a different product).

• Exchanges depend on stock availability. If the required size is out of stock, the exchange cannot be processed.

• Each item can only be exchanged once.

Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

• Flash sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Goods once delivered can only be exchanged, NOT refunded.
