RETURN POLICY
You can initiate a return within 2 days after delivery/collection for local purchases and a maximum of 7 days from the date of receipt for international purchases.
Eligible reasons:
Eligible reasons - wrong, damaged, defective, incomplete and wrong-size items can be returned (Ensure items are reported within the shortest time possible to facilitate an easy return process).
When returning an item, Ensure all seals, tags and accessories are left intact and item is in its original packaging. Also ensure the item is as clean as it was delivered. Dirty products will not be exchanged.
We will only exchange the item with one of the same type and not any other. Items can only be exchanged once.
All costs involved in returning an item are met by the client unless otherwise stated.
Goods once sold can only be exchanged and NOT refunded.
