Delivery

We are purely an e-commerce store located in the heart of Nairobi, Kenya. We mostly deliver our products to our clients.

We provide SAME DAY delivery for orders placed before 4pm and are within Nairobi, Delivery within 24 hours for deliveries outside Nairobi and a maximum of 5 business days for international deliveries.

We use DHL EXPRESS worldwide for international deliveries. We have delivered countless orders via DHL and they have never failed us. We also do doorstep deliveries in Kenya via trusted couriers like Fargo Courier and G4S Courier. Doorstep delivery within Nairobi is done via our rider. They are many other delivery methods that we also use that are not listed here but they are dependent on the client's preference. The client is liable for the delivery costs unless otherwise stated.

Payment on delivery is ONLY available in Nairobi and specifically for those deliveries made through our rider. All other delivery methods are subject to payment before delivery. For deliveries outside Nairobi, the client is required to pay first before we can prepare and dispatch the order. 

In very few cases, you can decide to come pick up your order at our pick up point in the Nairobi CBD. In this case, you are required to pay 10% of the product cost as a deposit.
