• Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Returns are only allowed for incorrect sizing, and exchanges must be for the same product.

• No refunds are offered; only size exchanges are allowed. You cannot exchange a shoe with another one even if they are of the same price.

• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
