• You may initiate a return within 2 days after delivery or collection for local purchases, and within 7 days of receipt for international purchases.

  Eligible Reasons

  Returns are only accepted for the following issues:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Damaged or defective item

  • Incomplete order

  • Wrong size

  ⚠️ Important: All issues must be reported as soon as possible after delivery to allow smooth processing.

  Item Condition Requirements

  To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Be clean (no stains, dirt, or odors)

  • Have all seals, tags, and accessories intact

  • Be in the original packaging

  Dirty or used products will not be accepted.

  Size Exchanges

  • Size exchanges are allowed only for the same product reference.

  • You cannot exchange for a different color or a different model.

  • Exchanges depend strictly on available stock.

  • If the requested size is out of stock, the size exchange cannot be approved.

  • Items can only be exchanged once.

  Shipping Costs

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (wrong, damaged, or incomplete items).

  • Return instructions and the return address will be provided by the Forstars Footwear Customer Service Team after the exchange is approved.

  Refunds

  We do not offer refunds.
  Goods once delivered can only be exchanged, not refunded, unless the item you ordered is completely out of stock.

  Non-returnable Items

  • Flash Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  How to Initiate a Return

  Before sending back any item, you must contact our Customer Service team for approval.
  Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

7. Size and Color Confirmation

• Customers are advised to review the size guide and product details before ordering, as sizes and fits may vary.

• Ensure the correct color is selected, as some products are available in multiple colors.
