Delivery Options

Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 4PM within Nairobi.

Next-Day Delivery: For orders outside Nairobi but within Kenya, delivery is typically within 24 hours.

International Delivery: Delivered within 5 business days to over 100 destinations worldwide via DHL EXPRESS, a trusted courier that has consistently provided reliable service.
For doorstep delivery in Kenya, we use trusted couriers such as Fargo Courier and G4S, and deliveries within Nairobi are handled by our rider. Additional delivery methods can be arranged based on the client’s preference. Please note, clients are responsible for delivery costs unless otherwise stated.
Pick-Up Option
We also offer an optional pick-up service at our Nairobi CBD pick-up point, located at Munyu Business Centre, 4th Floor, Shop E5, along Munyu Road. Clients choosing this option are required to pay a deposit or the full amount before the order is prepared for pickup.
Payment Terms

Pay on Delivery/Cash on Delivery (COD): Available only within Nairobi for deliveries made via our rider.

Cash with Order (CWO): For all other delivery methods within Nairobi and for orders outside Nairobi, clients must make full payment before the order is prepared and dispatched. We are reliable and transparent.
