HOW TO MEASURE
1. FOOT LENGTH
Measure your foot length by placing a ruler flat on the floor straight alongside the inside of your foot from your heel to your toes. To measure your feet stand on a level floor with the back of your heels against a straight edge or wall
Place an object with a flat edge straight across your toes with the edge touching the tip of your longest toe. Take the measurement (in millimeters) from the ruler where the flat edge crosses (see image below). This is your foot length measurement.
2. SELECTING A SHOE SIZE
If your foot measurement is halfway between sizes, select the larger size. You may find one foot is longer than the other, this is quite normal, please use the larger size when making your shoe size selection.

Nike Zegama 2 Trail Running Shoes
Up steep mountain paths, through dense forests, and across demanding trails, the Zegama Trail 2 is built to take you further. Featuring an ultra-responsive ZoomX foam midsole, this shoe is made to handle rugged ridges, rocky terrain, and long trail runs with confidence. This edition draws inspiration from China’s Donghai Yunding Trail as part of the ongoing #IYKYK series.
Engineered Mesh Upper
The Nike Zegama 2 features an engineered mesh upper designed to wrap the foot in breathable comfort. Strategic perforations enhance airflow to keep feet cool and fresh, even during intense runs or rising temperatures. An internal heel counter improves stability on varied terrain, while a built-in ankle gaiter helps keep dirt and debris out for added protection. Durable overlays reinforce the toe area for extra longevity. A classic lacing system secures the midfoot, delivering stability and control on uneven paths. The design and colourway are inspired by the #IYKYK collection, reflecting the rugged beauty of the Donghai Yunding Trail. Earthy tones mirror trail markers, mist, mud, and mountain scenery, while leafy graphics on the tongue reference bamboo tunnels and terraced forests reflected on the sock liners.
ZoomX Midsole
The ZoomX foam midsole offers Nike Running’s highest level of energy return for responsive cushioning on the trail. Lightweight and highly reactive, it absorbs impact and converts it into forward propulsion for a springy, energetic ride. This helps reduce fatigue by minimising unnecessary muscle effort, allowing runners to maintain performance longer. Made from Pebax material, commonly used in advanced moulded components, the foam combines softness, resilience, and lightweight cushioning in one system. Its low density makes it flexible and impact-resistant while maintaining high energy return. During manufacturing, the foam undergoes an autoclave heat-and-pressure process, creating natural creases that do not affect performance. Because ZoomX is extremely lightweight, Nike can use more cushioning underfoot, providing thick support that helps protect joints during hard ground impact.
Vibram Megagrip Outsole
Built with a Vibram outsole, the Zegama 2 delivers outstanding grip and traction across multiple surfaces. The durable rubber compound forms strong ground contact, helping maintain stability on rough and unpredictable terrain. Designed to withstand harsh trail conditions, the outsole resists wear while keeping its structure intact. A deeper, widely spaced lug pattern enhances traction on technical trails, digging into the ground for reliable, non-slip performance with every stride.
